I've read tale of their open-handed strikes, so anyone into martial arts might find this interesting. Also, remember all those double-armed (or 'double axe-handles' if you used to watch WWF) blows Kirk used to do in Star Trek - imagine if he did these Spetsnaz attacks instead.
