Marcus: ScummVM has been ported to the iPhone. Regularly updated builds too. I'm currently making my way through Day of the Tentacle, and it works pretty well (clumsy finger accuracy aside). You'll need a jailbroken iPhone and handiness with SSH or SFTP. Installation instructions.

Fans of The Secret of Monkey Island may also be interested in The Monkey Island Saga - Ultimate Edition. Contains virtually everything ever done about Monkey Island ever. Includes soundtracks, fan games, sheet music and a video of a high school play.
