Marcus: BitTorrent search site TorrentSpy has been ordered by a judge to track and report on what its users are searching for and then send details to the MPAA. (via)

The TorrentSpy lawyer says "it is likely that TorrentSpy would turn off access to the U.S. before tracking its users".
