Marcus: Lost has been lost to Channel 4 in the UK. Poached, like most good things in life, by Sky. (via)
Marcus:
"Sky One, which also broadcasts the hit shows '24' and 'Nip/Tuck', said it planned to make 'Lost' available on multiple digital platforms so audiences could watch it when they wanted."
Marcus:
"Marcus, who also downloads a whole bunch of other hit US shows he'd rather not wait a year to watch either on C4 or some crappy pay TV platform, said he planned to make Lost available to himself by downloading it off the internet so he can watch it whenever he wanted".
Marcus:
(Obviously I made that last bit up - of course I'd never download anything off the internet, ever. That's naughty and wrong and only helps terrorist paedophiles in their wicked deeds against freedom and democracy.)
justin:
That stupid advert in cinemas about piracy "you wouldn't steal someone's purse would you?" - no, but if I could duplicate it exactly including the money and contents whilst the original owner remains unaffected, then yes, yes I would.
gareth:
That's definitely something that gets on my nerves - it's not stealing at all if they still have it when you're done.
