Marcus: George Bush has finally made a few concessions in the f*cktarded "War on Terror" policy. He's admitted that secret prison camps exist, and banned the horrifying (for a western country) torture technique of waterboarding.

From the above Guardian blog post: "While it's understandable that al-Qaida's victims may wish pain on the group's leaders, it's unedifying to see an American president angling for votes by boasting about torturing people."
