Marcus: For the person who is seriously obsessed about PC noise levels: the Zalman TNN 500A noiseless computer case. Not a single moving part in the b*gger. It uses "heat pipes", whatever those are. And it looks utterly crap. A snip at £675+VAT. (Via Adam.)

who could need a noiseless computer so bad they wanna pay that much for it? When my PC was in my bedroom I would be gutted about the noise. Maybe sound engineers or hospital wards or something?

I think seem people are just really, really anally retentive about sound levels. Not me. I love roaring fans, makes my weedy PC seem more powerful.

Reminds me of my pc, it looks pretty but sounds like Heathrow. its great when you have to step out of the room when on the phone, excusing your pc for its impoliteness.
